General Questions
Super Silent Manager is a Surveillance and Computer Activity Monitoring Software.
Using this software let you Silently watch other's computer activities real time from your computer through the home / office network or through the Internet.
This means, you can do the following three things:
You can watch a copy of their computer desktop screen, so as their computer activities.
You can watch images from their web cam, so as their physical activities.
You can also listen to their microphone, so as their conversations.
Normal users won't detect this program as it runs silently on their computer.

What is Silent Manager and Silent Client?
* Silent Manager Program is what you will use to watch other computers. You should install the Silent Manager on your Computer. This program helps you to connect to other computers and watch their computer screen, web cam and listen to their microphone. It will also let you save their computer activities like a movie for recordical purposes.

How to Install Silent Manager Program?
You can download and install this program by clicking here.
Once you installed the Silent Manager, click on Start Button->Programs->Super Silent Manager->Silent Manager.
How to prevent other people using my Silent Manager?
Open Silent Manager, Click in "Advanced menu", Click on "Change the Password to open this program"
Then set a new password. But always remember the password.
How can I record the screen and web cam video?
When you are watching the screen or the web cam of a remote computer, just click on the "Save as Movie" button. Click here for detailed instructions.
How to listen their conversations through their microphone?
Open Silent Manager, Connect to the remote computer, click on the microphones listed under "Microphones".
Remember: They must have plugged in a microphone in-order to listen it. In most of the computers and laptops there is an in-build microphone attached to them. Click here for detailed instructions.

How to Install / Uninstall Silent Client on the Target Computer?
Silent Client Engine must be installed on that computer before you can monitor them.
To install Silent Client on the Target Computer:You can download the Silent Client by Clicking here.
Once you download it, there are deferent ways to install the Silent Client Engine on a target computer that you want to monitor.
Manual Installation of Silent Client
Method 1: Download and save the Silent Client (filename: silent_client_install.exe) into a CD or Thumb/Flash Drive, then go to that computer and run it on that computer.
Method 2: Copy the installation file to a shared network drive and go to that computer to run the installation from that shared network drive.
Installation of Silent Client via E-Mail (NEW!!!) [Only available to Registered Users]
Open Silent Manager on your computer, Click on Menu then click on "Install Silent Client via Email". This option let you make an attachment file of the Silent Client and You can send to the person you want to monitor. Send the attachment to that person and ask him/her to run it on their PC. Once they run the program, you can connect to their computer immediately.
When they run the silent client it will silently install on their system, No message or window will be shown.
If the target computer is behind a firewall, then the target computer will try to connect to your computer instead.

Remote Installation of Silent Client:
Open Silent Manager on your computer, Click on Menu then click on "Remotely Install Silent Client". This option will let you install it on a remote computer without physically going there. You must have the name or IP address of the target computer + the administrative password.
To Uninstall Silent Client from a Remote Computer:
Manually Uninstall: If you have access to that computer:
Go to that computer's desktop screen, then press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F11. This secret key stroke will start the Silent Client Settings Window. When the password box comes up enter the password and press enter. Once the setting window comes up, click on "Uninstall" button.
Remotely Uninstall: If you don't have access to that computer:Open Super Silent Manager, Connect to that computer. Once you are connected, then you can click on "Uninstall Remote" button to uninstall the Silent Client remotely.
How to change password of a Silent Client on the target computer?
Manually Change Password: If you have access to that computer:
Go to that computer's desktop screen, then press CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F11. This secret key stroke will start the Silent Client Settings Window. When the password box comes up enter the current password and press enter. Once the setting window comes up enter the new password and click on "Change Password".
Remotely Change Password: If you don't have access to that computer:Open Super Silent Manager, Connect to that computer. Once you are connected, then you can click on "Change Remote" Password button.
How to update a new Silent Client Software version on the Target Computer?
Manually Update the software on the Target Computer: If you have access to that computer:
You should download the latest version of Silent Client and follow the instructions in the "How to Install Silent Client" Section.
Remotely Change Password: If you don't have access to that computer:Open Super Silent Manager, Connect to that computer. Once you are connected, then you can click on "Update Remote Software" button.
